The 2025 Excellence in Health Creation Awards recognised outstanding individuals, teams and organisations who are leading the way in health creation.
This year we shortlisted 55 submissions across the nine categories, making the final selection process extremely difficult for our panel of ten judges.

Health Creation Champion of the Year
This award celebrates any individual or team that is leading the way in creating health – either communities taking the lead or services working as equal partners with local communities to create the conditions for people and communities to gain collective agency and control and to help reduce health inequity.
