The Excellence in Health Creation Awards provide individuals, organisations, partnerships and systems with a high-profile opportunity to have your health creating work recognised and showcased at a national level.
The winners will be invited to attend our Partnership Summit on 21 October in central Manchester to receive their awards and celebrate their achievement.
