Excellence in Health Creation Awards

The Health Creation Alliance is now accepting entries for the 4th Excellence in Health Creation Awards. The Awards provide individuals, teams, or their organisation with an opportunity to have their health creating work recognised and showcased at a national level. The winners and runners-up will be invited to attend an afternoon event in London on Thursday 26 October 2022 where the winners will be announced, followed by a House of Lords reception being held that evening.

The 2022 Excellence in Health Creation Award categories are:

  • • Health Creator of the Year – team or individual
  • • Health Creating Community Connector of the Year
  • • Best Health Creating Core20PLUS5 Programme – supporting one of the five priority clinical areas
  • • Best Health Creating Population Health Management Approach
  • • Best Health Creating Community Hub
