  • Health Creation Alliance, in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing, is offering a Masterclass Programme in delivering place-based health and care for a limited number of health and housing professionals working within the same locality to learn, innovate and implement new services together. This fast-track programme will run from October 2016 to July 2017 and is open to CCGs, GP federations, providers and public health. Find more here
