NHS Alliance Tweetchat: NHS England’s Improving Experience of Care through People Programme Digital Co Design Session

For more information on The Programme, please read the backgrounder on programme design (Appendix One).
This Tweetchat will explore the question: ‘What are the critical success factors that need to be in place so that leaders who use services can maximise their impact on improving experience of care?’
#PL4EC  (People Leadership 4 Experience of Care)
At the end of this Tweetchat we will have:

  • Discussed the scope of NHS England’s research framework and described the added value this research programme can create
  • A shared understanding of what has already happened and where we are now; identified good practice, evidence, research, issues and opportunities
  • A shared vision of the future – what will be happening when leaders who use services are impacting positively on care experience at scale.

The Tweetchat will be storyfied and thematic analysis undertaken. The results will feed into a face to face co-design workshop on 13 November and will also support and inform the subsequent design and content of the research programme.
